Opened on June 19, 2025, Hyundai Life Center at our İzmit Plant is a center focused on the health, safety, and well-being of our colleagues
This center not only supports the development and occupational safety of our employees but also offers a holistic working environment that promotes their physical and mental well-being.

At Hyundai Motor Türkiye, we have been manufacturing in Türkiye for nearly 30 years, and we aim to build a more sustainable, innovative, and conscientious work culture every day. We are proud to launch a brand-new initiative that contributes to the safety and well-being of both our employees and the wider community.

The Hyundai Life Center is not only a first for Hyundai Motor Türkiye but also a pioneering project in the global history of Hyundai Motor Company.

What’s inside the Hyundai Life Center?

Hands-On Training and Simulation Areas
We believe that occupational safety is ensured not just through rules, but through experience, awareness, and preparedness. The earthquake, safe driving, forklift, and confined space simulators in this center allow our colleagues to learn by experiencing potential risks in advance. Alongside these simulators, we provide a virtual reality station to create immersive simulated experiences.

Indoor and Outdoor Sports Facilities

To support physical and mental strength, Hyundai Life Center includes football, basketball, and volleyball courts, a running track, and exercise areas. All our blue- and white-collar team members can recharge through sports outside of work, find spaces for physical activity, and reinforce team spirit through the unifying power of sports.

Who can benefit from the Hyundai Life Center?

In the future, the Hyundai Life Center will be open not only to our employees but also to occupational safety professionals and students in the region. Especially for young people aiming for a career in occupational health and safety, the center will offer hands-on training opportunities that go far beyond theoretical knowledge, providing real-world experience. This center will also contribute to increased knowledge sharing and awareness in the region.
