Registration Process

  1. The application form for the visit is provided above. Individual applications are not accepted.

Visiting Days and Hours

  1. Visits are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays. No visits on weekends or public holidays.
  2. Visitors must check in at the reception at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time.
  3. A printed list of participants' full names and a signed GDPR (KVKK) form must be submitted.

Visit Duration and Content

  1. The average visit lasts 90 minutes. The route may change depending on production conditions.
  2. The visit includes: Heritage Exhibition, Press Shop, Body Shop, and Assembly Line.Paint Shop and vehicle/parts stock areas are not included in the tour.

Participation Conditions

  1. For safety reasons, each group is limited to a maximum of 35 people.
  2. Meals and transportation are not provided. Visitors must arrange these themselves.
  3. Schools can only participate with students from 8th grade and above. For student groups, 1 adult is required for every 20 students. Participants under 14 must provide parental consent.

Fees, Cancellations, and Warnings

  1. Hyundai may change the visitVisits are free of charge. Food and drinks are not allowed.
  2. Route, cancel visits, or suggest a new date due to production or other reasons, even if the tour has already been confirmed. In such cases, prior notice will be given.
  3. Due to operations, the production line may not be active during the tour.
  4. Photos may be taken during the visit, and Hyundai reserves the right to share them.
  5. For safety reasons, open-toe shoes, high heels, short sleeves, shorts, and similar clothing are not allowed.
  6. We recommend wearing comfortable clothes and shoes. Please follow the guide’s instructions to ensure a smooth visit.
