a) The identity of the person making the report will always be kept confidential except in any legal proceedings where the submission of the statement is necessary.

b) As a policy, the company strictly prohibits all forms of discrimination, harassment or other unfair employment practices against persons who make reports after a report is made under this policy. Under this policy, no unfair treatment will be made against the person who makes the report and the company will ensure that it provides full protection against the following:

• Unfair employment practices such as retaliation, threats or intimidation
• Termination / suspension of employment contract
• Disciplinary action including transfer, demotion, blocking promotion, etc.
• Direct or indirect abuse of authority to prevent the person making the non-compliance report from continuing to perform their duties/functions during daily routine operations
