As Hyundai Motor Türkiye, we turned Blue Monday—widely known as the most demotivating day of the year—into a more energetic and enjoyable moment with the participation of our employees. To mark this special day, we created a Spotify playlist titled “Blue Monday? Not Today”, curated with song recommendations submitted by our team.
The playlist brings together a vibrant mix of genres including pop, rock, electronic, alternative, rap, and many more—offering something for everyone. With this initiative, we aim to strengthen internal engagement and support the daily motivation of our employees.
