As Hyundai Motor Türkiye, we have signed a new cooperation protocol with Kocaeli University to support the development of young talent and strengthen university-industry collaboration.
Through this new protocol, which came into effect on September 21, 2026, we aim to create stronger connections between academic education and professional life for Kocaeli University students. With this collaboration, we seek to support students in reinforcing their theoretical knowledge through practical experience while further developing their professional competencies.
Through conferences, panels, symposiums, career days, and technical training programs, we are providing opportunities for students to engage directly with industry professionals and gain deeper insight into the automotive sector. In addition to internship and Workplace-Based Vocational Training (WVT) opportunities, we are planning various activities that will contribute to students’ career development.
We also aim to help students combine academic knowledge with real-world industry experience through the involvement of Hyundai Motor Türkiye executives in lectures, seminars, and educational programs organized by the university. As Hyundai Motor Türkiye, we will continue to support young people on their career journeys through projects that strengthen university-industry collaboration and contribute to the development of Türkiye’s automotive ecosystem.
